1. Program description
Class One Broker may send automated text messages to a mobile number that an authorized business user provides and verifies. Messages may include one-time passcodes, account enrollment or recovery codes, suspicious-sign-in alerts, and other security or service-verification notices requested by the user or required to protect the account.
2. Opt-in and consent evidence
Before sending a code, Class One presents a clear SMS notice in the phone enrollment, account recovery, contact, or two-factor authentication flow. The user must take an affirmative action to consent. Consent controls are optional, separate from other terms, and unchecked by default. We treat anyone who has not opted in as opted out and retain the disclosed text, phone number, timestamp, user/account, and method as consent evidence.
Consent to account-security messages is not consent to a marketing, listing, or outreach campaign. Consent is not transferable to another person, phone number, Customer, or campaign.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies, generally one message per user request, with additional messages only when needed for account security, delivery retry, or support. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier controls its charges.
4. Stop and help
Reply STOP to cancel. After a valid opt-out request, we will send any required confirmation and stop further messages for that program and number unless the user later completes a new valid opt-in. Other recognized opt-out keywords may include UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, and STOPALL.
Reply HELP for help or contactsupport@classonebroker.com. If a security flow cannot use SMS after opt-out, contact the Customer administrator for an available recovery method.
5. Delivery and security
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the recipient's device, carrier, network, number status, and provider availability. A code may expire, be rate-limited, or be blocked when risk signals indicate abuse. Do not share a passcode with anyone. Class One personnel will not ask for a current one-time code by text, phone, or email.
6. Privacy
Mobile numbers and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be processed by communications providers and carriers solely to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and document the program. See the Class One Broker Privacy Policy for retention, rights, security, and provider information.
7. Eligibility and availability
The program is for authorized business users aged 18 or older. SMS may not be available for every country, carrier, device, or account. Class One may offer or require a stronger or alternative method such as an authenticator app, recovery code, administrator-assisted recovery, or identity re-verification.
8. Changes and contact
We may change or discontinue the program and will update these terms or provide notice where required. Questions may be sent tosupport@classonebroker.com. These SMS terms supplement the Terms of Service.
