- Do not share accounts, passcodes, sessions, or access links.
- Do not access, infer, export, or disclose a brokerage, deal, person, document, message, or model output without permission and a valid purpose.
- Do not bypass NDA, buyer approval, proof-of-funds, document state, watermark, download, retention, legal-hold, or approval controls.
- Do not submit data unless you have the rights, notices, consents, and lawful basis needed for its use.
3. Communicate responsibly
- Do not send spam, deceptive messages, unlawful solicitation, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, or communications to a person who opted out.

- Follow sender registration, identification, consent, quiet-hour, frequency, suppression, unsubscribe, HELP, STOP, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to each channel and recipient.
4. Keep professional decisions human
Do not use AI output as a substitute for required legal, tax, accounting, valuation, lending, licensing, regulatory, brokerage, or investment review. Do not use the Service to make unlawful automated eligibility or access decisions, negotiate autonomously, misrepresent financing or SBA approval, or publish unsupported valuations or claims.
5. No impersonation or abusive synthetic media
Do not impersonate a person or organization, mislead a recipient about who produced or approved content, or create, upload, or distribute a person's synthetic voice, image, or likeness without explicit authority and the required consent. Do not remove provenance, watermark, approval, or disclosure information.
6. Protect the Service
- Do not upload malware, harmful code, unlawful material, or content intended to manipulate document extraction or model instructions.
- Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or evade rate, quota, policy, authorization, or security controls except under written security-testing authorization.
- Do not use Service or Customer Data to build a competing dataset or model, re-identify protected people, or reconstruct another Customer's activity.
- Do not introduce regulated or highly sensitive data outside the documented feature, contract, and approved handling controls.
7. Enforcement and reporting
Class One may warn, rate-limit, quarantine content, require re-verification, restrict a feature, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or enforce these rules. Where practical, action will be proportionate and the Customer administrator will receive notice.
